We want you to love your Low Speed Life gear. Because every item is printed to order just for you, here’s how returns and exchanges work.

Misprints, defects, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

Size exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers cover return shipping for size exchanges, and we’ll print and ship the new size.

Custom orders

Custom Cart Design orders are made from your photo and your approved proof, so they are final sale once the proof is approved and can’t be returned or exchanged, except for misprints or defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
