Products and orders

All products are printed to order. Colors on screen may vary slightly from the finished garment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud; if we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Custom designs

When you submit a photo or notes for a Custom Cart Design, you confirm you have the right to use that photo and grant us permission to use it to create your design. We may decline requests that include copyrighted characters, trademarks we don’t have rights to, or offensive content. Custom designs are final sale once the proof is approved.

Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site are the property of Low Speed Life Apparel Co. and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are covered by our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
